Dear Delegates and Advisors,

It is my honor to invite you to VIVA MUN Edition 2, which is to be held on July 25-27, 2025.

As we expand upon the success of our first edition—which proudly became the biggest MUN in Andhra Pradesh with 350 delegates held at Nambur, Guntur—we will continue to advance our goal of encouraging the students of our region to become future leaders through engagement in structured debates and promoting global awareness.

This year, following our motto "Negotiating Today, Transforming the World Tomorrow," we've crafted an experience that invites delegates of all experience levels. First-time delegates will find committees such as the Andhra Pradesh Party Meet and Tollywood Film Industry as perfect entry points to the MUN experience, enabling them to deal with familiar regional contexts. Meanwhile, experienced delegates can put their skills and experience to the test in our new crisis room committee, where rapid decision-making and adaptability are of utmost importance.

Our staff is committed to providing an experience in which participants can enjoy themselves and learn the critical skills of public speaking, negotiation, and problem-solving. Last year's success not only made VIVA MUN a premier event, but motivated many delegates to continue participating in MUN's or even establish similar programs at their own schools.

Dear Delegates and Advisors,

I am delighted to extend my personal welcome to VIVA MUN Edition 2, to be held on July 25-27, 2025. Following our commitment to develop the next generation of global leaders, we have structured this conference to be challenging yet accessible to delegates of all levels of experience.

While our Secretary General has defined our "Negotiating Today, Transforming the World Tomorrow" vision, I would like to underscore how our committee design is driven by this ethos. We've taken care this year to balance classic committees with new crisis situations that will challenge your diplomatic flexibility. Our broader range of committee offerings is testament to our dedication to offering varied platforms for honing essential skills in research, public speaking, and collaborative problem-solving.

As Director General, I am most proud of our new mentorship initiative, in which seasoned delegates will lead newcomers through the intricacies of parliamentary procedure and position paper drafting. This project embodies our fundamental belief that MUN is not a competition, but rather an environment of young leaders who look out for each other.

I look forward to seeing the creative solutions and lively debates that will surely emanate from this conference. Together, we will further solidify the MUN culture in Andhra Pradesh and the world.
